Digital Defense 101: The Parent's Starter Toolkit for Online Safety

Tweens and school makes for busy times for parents and it's easy to see why online safety & screentime can fall off the radar with so much other stuff going on.

BUT it is a time when online risks can increase due to your child moving into a more independent stage, meeting new people, more unrestricted access  many children getting their first phone during this age.

You know you need to get to grips with what your child is seeing and doing online but it feels impossible to keep up, the requests for Snapchat, TikTok, Roblox are endless and the battles around screentime are another headache you don't have capacity for?  Sound familiar??

BUT this is one headache that won't be going away - we need to understand how children are using the online world, what the biggest risks are and how we can keep them safer, happier and healthier online, both now and in the future.

This introductory workshop will help you do just that!  I'll help you understand your child's online world, spot potential risks, and most importantly, keep them safe and happy online. And I promise, it's a judgment-free and supportive environment! Topic include:
